Inspired by the character Chimi from the T.V show “Maya and the Three

A pack of wolves caught a scent in the air; a human, young and fresh. Easy prey, it was definite. And together, they hunted, circling their target.

The human, barely capable of standing on their feet, was only a child; left alone for the woods to decide their fate. Awoken from slumber, her eyes opened, revealing two red pupils; a feature that humans called a curse.

Moonlight broke through the clouds, illuminating the child’s white hair intensely; and the wolves lowered themselves into a howl.

The child was spared, raised by the wolves of the forest, under the command of the moon. She grew up alongside them, but a hatred unfolded against those who had abandoned her.

Revenge was sought and innocents were killed; And like a double edged sword, her only family was lost.

In the ravaged parts of the woods, the graves of the faithful wolves lay, illuminated by the moonlight; protected by the one they had once called their own.
