Greetings, everyone!

We here at The Boylan Blog are getting ready to finish up the year — finals are coming closer (the last day of classes is tomorrow! Check here for the exam schedule, and make sure to contact your professors about any conflicts in advance!), and winter break finally seems reachable. The blog will go on hiatus until the spring semester (here’s the academic calendar), but look forward to our featured post tomorrow morning.

The Boylan Blog Podcast is now up and running! Join interns Maggie, Liz, and Brayan as they discuss their journeys as students at Brooklyn College! And check back next semester for more.

The Junction, the literary magazine of the English Majors’ Counseling Office, has already begun accepting submissions! Email your work to bczinesubmissions(at)gmail(dot)com: up to four poems, four pages of prose, and/or any 2D art. We look forward to getting to know the creative voices at Brooklyn College!

If you want to hone that creative voice, Writer’s Circle will hold its last class of the semester tomorrow! We’ll be meeting in room 2307 Boylan from 12:30–1:30.

Submit to The Junction literary magazine! Up to 4 poems, 4 pages of prose, and/or any 2-D art! Deadline is in March. Email your pieces to bczinesubmissions@gmail.com
This deadline is tentative!

Good luck on all your finals and papers, and happy Hanukkah to everyone celebrating this week! Here’s to a strong finish to a good semester.
