Greetings

and welcome to another week at the Boylan Blog 🙂
All English Majors should be intimately acquainted with the majestic labyrinth some plebeians colloquially call Boylan Hall, but perhaps you’ve skidded past one intriguing pocket of creativity cozily entrenched in a dark corner of our red bricked oasis.
That pocket goes by the name ROOM 2307 and on Tuesdays/Thursdays from 12:30pm. to 1:30pm., it is home to the wonderful WRITER’S CIRCLE, led by Isaiah Rivera who – I promise – is not responsible for the pretentious writing style you see above. No, my friends, that style can only be achieved after a mixture of little to no sleep, Downton Abbey repeats in the background and an impromptu family reunion I neither expected nor asked for.
Writer’s Circle is a haven for those aspiring novelists, playwrights, screenwriters and poets who long for instruction on how to improve their craft sans any judgement or pressure of grades. It provides an extra opportunity to have your work looked at, critiqued and encouraged by your peers.
Hope to see you there, lovely people!
Best wishes to all,
~Amanda
